What makes LVL products distinctive and unique:
- Complete range of PP Tubes from 220UL-500UL available: 1ML (= 96 format), 2Ml-4ML (= 48 format), 2ML-4ML-6ML-8ML (= 24 format) in Polycarbonate SBS footprint racks. The tubes have an exact storage volume and are also equipped with a double start thread.
- All tubes come standard with a unique bottom code (e.g. LV0123456789) as well as an extra side code 1D (clearly readable).
- All products are standard: production sterile, Rna Dna, Non endotoxin, free from animal components, sterilization service Gamma Ebeam and EtO always possible on request (never standard).- All products have the following characteristics as standard: production sterile, Rna Dna, Non endotoxin, free from animal components, sterilization service Gamma Ebeam and EtO always possible on request (never standard).
- From 500 racks with tubes it is possible to laser your own codes on the tube and the rack at no extra cost. The rack always has LVL 123456789 as a code by default. This distinguishes it from the tube (code starting with LV….). Here too, the code can be found on the bottom of the rack. This can be read correctly with a scanner. From 500 racks (96 48 and 24 format) it is possible to choose your own code (black / white) at no extra cost.- All caps are co molded; PP exterior and TPE on the inside (patented), for perfect sealing and storage from -80C
o to -196C
o in the vapor phase.
- Rack lids are equipped with a slide lock.
- IATA certified for the external screw cap tubes.
